Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate
After reading the first chapter, I have come up with my mission statement. It would not be healthy for me to actually lose any weight, however, my goal is to:
Eat mindfully by choosing healthy ingredients, preparing healthy meals, and being aware of everything I put in my body (and my sons' bodies).
This week I am changing from drinking sodas to drinking iced tea (without much sugar) and trying to recover from all the junk food I consumed over the holidays!

Good for you! My friend used to call sodas "diabetes in a can". That has always stuck with me and helped me eliminate soda from my routine.
