My thoughts yesterday on doing the UBBC….was how can i…. speaking with other students and after class…I realized I can do this, just put my mind to it, work out a plan and stick to it, now today my thoughts, feelings have been flowing like the American River…all of these ideas, Thank you all for your inspiration’s.
My day started: 15 min Meditation/breathing 12:15
60 Push ups 12:30
70 Sit ups
Upper basics 10 reps
1st WEEKS journal started, posted.
Have my living hero picked, and have several community prodjects.
Back to work.
3 miles Walk, sprint 5:30pm (goal)
