Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate
This is what I have done
So far no quitting. I was running today in the rain. It was really wet and rainy. We were almost the only people running around here. I fell on my tail bone this past week, and I couldn't do my sit-ups. So my karate teacher told me to work on doing planks for my abs. Doing this gives me self-discipline. It was a hard, long week, but I'm ready for next week.

Awesome, Aaron! I have noticed you working hard. Way to work around the injury (ouch!)--you will be healed before you know it.
Nice job Aaron! You are rocking the push-ups and sit-ups!
