Ah yes, I was wondering about this. I am blaming/thanking you for the hip flexor pain. I thought the jump squats were the culprit for the glute pain. But I don't mind blaming/thanking you for that as well. Thank you. For giving my coworkers something to laugh at. :)
I'm not sure I want to thank anyone for the fact that it hurts to sit. My "glutes" are killing me. Of course, i just say that. It's a great kind of sore. It's actual physical, tangible proof that my body is in better shape today than it was two days ago. So... Thank you Sensai Debord.
