Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate
Through being more mindful and paying better attention to my health and well-being, I will lose 5 pounds by March 1, 2012 and keep it off over the following year and beyond.
Beginning Goals:
I will practice three minutes of mindful breathing each morning at 9:30 am.
I will walk or use the elliptical machine for at least three miles daily.
I will weigh myself and record it on Monday mornings.
I will stop eating corn and potato chips.
I will drink a full water bottle each day.
I will organize and purge junk out of my kitchen to create a happy space to cook.
