Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate

So it's really getting to be routine. And that feels good. I'm seeing that the things I focus on are rotating. I'm not sure if they're just rotating or if I'm actually marking things off the list as I go. I hope it's the latter, but we'll wait and see.

 

At any rate, this week I'm focusing on balance. Basically, I've been really lucky in that I can fit 90% of my workout in on my lunch breaks. But... I have a bike ride coming up and I need to start focussing on my cycling. I need to be getting some real rides in. So basically, I'll have to start taking my bike to work so I can ride on my lunch breaks cuz I'm not missing karate class for a bike ride. Ha. No really, I think I will try that soon. I love cycling, but... I need karate.

 

I'm starting to research some ideas for a community project. I'm reading some great books. On we go.

You're such an inspiration. Keep rockin' the lunch hour and looking forward to hearing how you conquer the bicycle too!
Just an observation, but the best projects are the ones you feel passionate about. Is there something you're already passionate about? Maybe that can be inspire a project? As the Robots say, "See a need. Fill a need."
