Hey Adren, I'm glad you like the gi. Drawstring pants are the way to go, for sure! :)
And... as for freezing soy. You can... but prepare yourself for a change in the consistency. It's worse with the firmer tofus, but the silken does it a bit too. Basically, freezing tofu dries it out. So it gets kind of crumbly. Sometimes that's a good thing, but crumbly smoothies? Uh uh. Haha. Still, if it's not 100% tofu, you might be better off. Are you mixing the tofu with a juice or yogurt? We'll talk out the details...
Chrissy, thanks for the Gi, I loved my workout much more with the relaxation of the pants. Also as you know I've started a new diet, and I have been told you have knowledge with soy smoothies- I'm looking for any tips you may have, also do you know if they freeze well...like for the next day? See you in class soon!
