My Introduction

hello everyone,

i'm glad to finally make a proper introduction after 2 months of being in Mr. Oliver's class. i've always been drawn to martials arts because of what it represents for me: discipline, focus, and challenging myself (mentally and physically). i had looked at a few dojos over the past few years, but my work travel schedule never allowed me to commit to a class.

2010 was a pivotal year for me, so i redefined my priorities and committed myself to learning martial arts. i liked everything i read about our dojo's philosophy of an all-around approach to growth. i believe in balance in life, so this was exactly what i was looking for. i've enjoyed the challenges i've had and am looking forward to the new challenges to come!

i look forward to seeing everyone in class.
