If anyone wants extra time in the dojo, we have the go ahead from Mr. Oliver to use the room after standard class ends. I plan on spending about 30 minutes a day after class working out. Feel free to join me in practicing basics, kata, self defense techniques, or sparring (or just good old fashion pushups, sit-ups, wall kicks, etc...). From May forward, extra time will be restricted to Mondays and Wednesdays, as the advanced class will be utilizing the dojo Tuesdays and Thursdays.
