Swim Laps & Kata
I miss my grandma’s swimming pool. I don’t normally get to swim for part of my exercise so I spent a lot of time swimming when I was on my vacation. Here is a funny video that my father put together of me swimming and doing my kata. ( Don’t blame me for the music )
