Good Day Sacramento visits Isshinryu Karate Champion at Zen Martial Arts
Amy Carabba of Good Day Sacramento visited Zen Martial Arts to see the training of karate champion Chrissy Scott as she prepares for her next competition. Amy also had a chance to talk with instructor Mike Oliver, and did a little a sparring with Emil, a junior green-belt.
