Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate

Another week is gone. Chirstmas has come and gone. The new year is close behind. This next year proves to be a good one. So far I'm keeping apace with my running, pushups, crunches, squats, kata and kindness.
This new year should prove to be one of the greatest challenges of my life. I
am changing schools, starting at a real university (Finally!) and am continuing
to train apace with my runnning and workout. Though this challenge will be
great, I'm glad for the opportunity to prove that I can do it. After all, if I
can make Sac State work while also training this hard, I should be able to make
Sac State work no matter what.

Lisa is right. I've noticed that in the midst of the turmoil in life, the martial arts can be like your rock. It is the one thing that is always still there and available to you. It's like your own personal "lull in the storm" sometimes.

Excellent December! The training may also provide a nice foundation amidst the transition.  Let's do this thing!

You're gonna rock it! And I'll be there when you need some motivation.
