The 100 in Greensboro, AL (2013 - Day 1)

Made it to Greensboro late tonight but just in time to meet with everyone and get to hear some really great discussions. I just love being here. It's definitely one of my favorite parts of the year.
There was a small group of people today that stood up the first few walls for Ms. Georgia's house. The intention was to go out there tomorrow and get crackin' but there's a big storm rolling in. Big storms in Alabama mean something different that a "big" storm in California. If it really does come we won't be able to work on the house out at the site but we will be able to prep some stuff that we were going to do on Friday so we won't fall behind and it will all work out. I'm looking forward to it... whatever "it" might be.
It all makes me want to say thank you again to those who donated and/or talked to me about the project. It means a lot to me to get to be here and it makes it even more cool to share it. So... thanks... :)
I did take some video and pictures and I will get them posted tomorrow because right now my eyes are sort of closing and it's a good thing I can type without looking at the keyboard :) So... for now... good night! Be back soon.
