Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate
I have decided to prove to myself that I can do anything that I set my mind to. As such I will be taking the Ultimate Black Belt Challenge. This challenge will test me mentally and physically over the span of 1 year and 1 month. In that time I will need to finish the following:
50,000 Pushups
50,000 Situps
50,000 Squats
1,000 Repetitions of a single Kata
1,000 miles of running, biking, walking or swimming
15 minutes per day of meditation
1 Personal Goal (this goal is to finally reach my weight goal of 190lbs.)
To fix my diet, and to maintain healthy eating habits even past the 1 year and 1 month
Though I may fail at some of these things, simply trying my best to achieve them will be a success. I have committed myself to completing as many of these things as possible, starting December 1st.
