Event Description
August is SMA Awareness month. Come Hoot the Grid with Getty Owl Foundation. Help spread awareness about SMA and have a good time doin' it!
The SMA Awareness Walk begins at 5pm. Walkers wearing SMA Awareness t-shirts will begin on the corner of 17th & J Street and head to towards the SMA Art Auction, hosted by AJF Salon on 30th & J Street. Gallery opens at 7pm. “Celebration of Life” is all artwork created by SMA families around the world. All pieces are for sale, silent auction and raffle are included. Wine and appetizer reception begins at 8pm. |

It was awesome. The art spanned from fingerpainting to pretty butterflies to an owl chilling in a lemon tree with lemonade. So glad to have made it out. Thanks for the invite Chrissy.
