Event Description
This a special self-defense class for Girl Scout troupes and their Mothers! We will be covering Verbal Judo tactics to keep the girls safe from bullies as well as teaching some great self-defense and awareness tactics. I really enjoy teaching private groups like this. It's great to see the team come together and learn something helpful and powerful!
