Karate Summer Camp 2018

This karate-based summer camp for youth is taught by the highly trained instructors at Zen Martial Arts Center and is sponsored by the City of Sacramento Parks and Recreation Department.

This camp is great for both experienced martial artists and complete beginners as no previous martial arts experience is required. The theme for this weeks camp is Mindfulness. Campers will learn the mindful movement exercises of the martial arts, will understand how the brain functions under stress, and how to best manage feelings of anger when they manifest.

A typical camp day will include martial arts training, outside play, fitness development, a themed craft activity and more! 

No lunch or snacks are provided: you MUST send a lunch and two snacks daily with your child.

Where: Coloma Community Center, East Sacramento (See Map)

When: Monday, July 23rd through Friday, July 27th. 9:00am - 3:00pm.We offer Early Drop Off (8:30am - 9am) and Late Pickup 3:00-pm 3:30pm) at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Tuition per week: $350. Siblings receive a $25 off discount.
