Sacramento Martial Arts and Karate
Back from Montana! The pictures show my training space I had up north. Definitely a different feel than the Dojo! I'm back home in McMinnville now - the exciting news of the week is that I have two people interested in learning some Isshinryu, so I have a strong motivation to brush up on my basics!
I'm fairly happy with my training - I've starting slowing upping the reps on my situps/pushups and incorporating more "special" (triangle, finger tip) pushups into the mix.
7/1 - 100 sit ups, 100 pushups
7/2 - All Kata x3, 100 sit ups, 100 pushups, 30 min cardio (running)
7/3 - All Kata x2, 100 sit ups, 100 pushups, 25 min cardio (running)
7/4 - All Kata x2, 110 sit ups, 110 pushups, 20 min cardio (running)
7/5 - All Kata x3, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups
7/6 - Rest
7/7 - All Kata x3, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups, 15 min cardio

7/8 - All Kata x3, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups, 45 min cardio
7/9 - All Kata x3, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups
7/10 - All Kata x2, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups, 10 min cardio
7/11 - Cardio 3 hrs (hiking)
7/12 - All Kata x3, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups
7/13 - Travel Day
7/14 - All Kata x3, 120 sit ups, 120 pushups, 20 min cardio (bag work)

If you would like, you may invite the folks that you are training with down to Sacramento to train with you in September. Keep it up!
